Green belt form

 

Green Belts must learn this form in order to advance to green belt with blue stripe. The Green belt signifies that the student's knowledge of Taekwondo is growing quickly like that of a small plant sprouting from the ground.

 

Ready Position

  1. Turn left 90° into walking stance, left foot forward, left hand down block.
  2. Right leg front snap kick, stepping down in front into front stance right foot forward, right hand middle punch, then left hand reverse middle punch.
  3. Turn right 180° into walking stance, right foot forward, right hand down block.
  4. Left leg front snap kick, stepping down in front into front stance left foot forward, left hand middle punch, then right hand reverse middle punch.
  5. Turn left 90° into walking stance, left foot forward, right hand single knife hand strike.
  6. Step forward into walking stance, right foot forward, left hand single knife hand strike.
  7. Turn left into back stance, left foot forward, left hand single knife hand block.
  8. Extend your left foot out into front stance, left foot forward, right hand reverse middle punch.
  9. Turn right 180° into back stance, right foot forward, right hand single knife hand block.
  10. Extend your right foot into front stance, right foot forward, left hand reverse middle punch.
  11. Turn left 90° into walking stance, left foot forward, right hand inside block.
  12. Step forward into walking stance, right foot forward, left hand inside block.
  13. Pivot on right foot counterclockwise 270° into walking stance, left foot forward, left hand down block.
  14. Right leg front snap kick stepping down in front into front stance, right hand middle punch, then left hand reverse middle punch.
  15. Turn right 180° into walking stance, right foot forward, right hand down block.
  16. Left leg front snap kick, stepping down in front into front stance left foot forward, left hand middle punch, then right hand reverse middle punch.
  17. Turn left into walking stance, left foot forward, left hand down block, then right hand reverse middle punch.
  18. Step forward into walking stance, right foot forward, right hand down block, then left hand reverse middle punch.
  19. Left left front snap kick, step down in front into walking stance, left foot forward, left hand down block, then right hand reverse middle punch.
  20. Right leg front snap kick, step down in front into walking stance, right foot forward, right hand down block, then left hand reverse middle punch and YELL!

Return to ready position.
