Green/Blue stripe belt form

 

Green Belts with blue stripe must learn this form in order to advance to blue belt. The blue belt signifies that the student's knowledge of Taekwondo is reaching new heights like a small sapling that has grown into a tree towering into the sky.

 

Ready Position

  1. Turn left 90° into back stance, left foot forward, twin knife hand middle block.
  2. While stepping forward execute a left hand palm block down.  Then when finishing the step into right foot forward front stance, execute a right hand spear hand strike to the solar-plexus.
  3. Turn right 180° into back stance, right foot forward, twin knife hand middle block.
  4. While stepping forward execute a right hand palm block down.  Then when finishing the step into left foot forward front stance, execute a left hand spear hand strike to the solar-plexus.
  5. Turn left 90° into front stance, left foot forward, left arm open hand high block and right arm knife hand strike to the neck.
  6. Right leg front snap kick, stepping down in front into a front stance right foot forward, left hand reverse middle punch.
  7. Left leg side kick with simultaneous left hand back fist, stepping down into walking stance left leg forward.
  8. Right leg side kick with simultaneous right hand back fist, stepping down into back stance right leg forward, twin knife hand middle block.
  9. Pivot on right foot counterclockwise 270° into a back stance, left foot forward, reverse left hand outside block.
  10. Right leg front snap kick, setting foot down behind you  into a back stance, left foot forward, right hand inside block.
  11. Turn right 180° into back stance, right foot forward, reverse right hand outside block.
  12. Left leg front snap kick, setting foot down behind you into a back stance, right foot forward, left hand inside block.
  13. Turn left 90° into front stance, left foot forward, left arm open hand high block and right arm knife hand strike to the neck.
  14. Right leg front snap kick, stepping down in front into a front stance, right foot forward, right hand back fist.
  15. Turn left 90° into a walking stance, left foot forward, left hand inside block, then right hand reverse punch.
  16. Turn right 180° into a walking stance, right foot forward, right hand inside block then left hand reverse punch.
  17. Turn left 90° into a front stance, left foot forward, left hand inside block, then right hand middle punch, then left hand middle punch.
  18. Step forward into a front stance, right foot forward, right hand inside block, then left hand middle punch, then right hand middle punch and YELL!

Return to ready position.
